We are on an exciting journey with a market leading vision. We are now seeking like-minded entrepreneurial media and marketing professionals to join our expanding team. As a key player you will help shape and drive the future direction of TMP Magnet, driving our transformation from a traditional direct response agency to a leading-edge marketing and communications agency.

You will play a fundamental role in the creation and roll out of our new proposition and be an integral part of our management team, which will include presenting at board level. You will help shape the way we do business from day one as well as being accountable for client relationships and leading multi-functional teams of communications specialists including strategists, analysts, project managers and creatives.

You will lead the client strategy, planning and implementation of innovative traditional and digital campaigns (including search, mobile, directories and social media). You will have full P and L responsibility across a group of accounts, and be the primary relationship holder.

With us you'll work with some of the biggest brand names in the UK including British Gas, Boots and Aviva and global brands such as UPS. You will be central in driving new revenue streams as well as delivering new business success.

Graduate Media Executive

In difficult market conditions we've continued to grow and win business. And we're still growing. So we need more talent like yours to help us develop and deliver even more outstanding, innovative solutions for our existing and potential new clients.

Based in central London you'll work alongside media planners, and the wider teams to help maximise profitability. You'll also liaise with other TMP business areas, such as Creative, Web Development and Production, to ensure the seamless implementation of client campaigns.

Developing traditional and digital direct response media plans and solutions, you'll grow an extensive knowledge of search, affiliate, directories and emerging media. And you'll work with some of the most sophisticated planning technology around to ensure our clients have the right presence at the right time in an ever evolving media landscape.

You will use your advanced analytical and Excel skills to create bespoke client media plans, and ensure that campaigns are implemented through 'best practice' processes.

As well as building strong relationships with clients, you'll maintain successful strategic partnerships with media and other external suppliers to negotiate the best rates.

With a Degree level qualification and advanced Excel skills you'll need a strong interest in media, marketing and brand communication, and a good understanding of direct response campaigns. Open to new ways of working, you'll function well both as part of a team and on your own initiative. And, with excellent verbal and written presentation skills, you should be exceptionally organised, highly motivated and able to work flexibly.
